Contractors have begun work on prepping the trenches for the footings of the building. They will hopefully be poured sometime today or tomorrow. You can really get a better sense of the shape and size of the building now.
A sturdy and true foundation is crucial for a strong building. Makes me think of our theme verse for this year from 1 Corinthians 3:11 as it reads, "For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ." Christ is laying this foundation through the hands of the skilled workers working on our building!
